Beginning with 7 duplexes, we have expanded a couple homes at a time, lovingly restoring them and leasing them to people who would help us build a friendly community. It’s been like a l-o-o-o-ng Monopoly game! We bought out 28 individual owners, constructed 73 room additions and 9 brand newduplexes, planted 145 shade trees and made numerous remodels, garages, fences and other enhancements. This activity has earned us prestigious awards from the Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Boards of Realtors and others – but the real blessing has been the nice people we have attracted who have become a special, caring community. We enjoy taking good care of our residents with a full time maintenance staff and weekly front yard mowing, which are included in the rent. Lawn maintenance is provided for the front yard and we invite you to make the back yard your own with flowers, gardens, and patios! Back yards are privately fenced and pet friendly.

Dallas Arboretum
The Dallas Arboretum is one of the most magnificent gardens in the nation. The fragrant gardens and lush lawns, on the shores of an enchanting lake that overlooks Downtown Dallas, also feature intriguing sculptures, sparkling fountains, and two historic mansions.
Young and old alike enjoy year-round activities for the entire family. At any time, it’s a memory for couples to share, a place where children have the space to be children, with plenty of room for those seeking solitude amidst beauty.
White Rock Lake
Just a few minutes from downtown Dallas, it’s a world apart from the concrete and steel in the city. Whether you come to fish, walk, run, bike, picnic, sightsee, bird watch, paddle, park or sail, there is something for everyone at at White Rock Lake.
With a 9.1 mile path around the lake and home to two boating clubs, the lake is alive with activity year around. White Rock through the years has become a favorite place for bikers, joggers, and runners. White Rock hosts the annual White Rock Marathon. White Rock Lake also is home to a dog park, allowing residents and their dogs to enjoy the lake and areas to run. Many of our residents regularly enjoy White Rock Lake and everything that it has to offer.
